With the PURE Business Simulation, future and current leaders can learn and test the effectiveness of their business decisions via hands-on practice in a safe, simulated environment. They can explore options and understand the impact of their decisions. The simulation is based on the VUCA model - standing for Volatile Uncertain Complex and Ambiguous - and therefore offers a wholistic approach on tackling complexity in a business context.

The simulation allows for up to 3 companies to compete for market share. At the end, the lessons learned are directly applicable to day-to-day operations.
Financial Impact Training (FIT)
The "FIT" is designed as an integral part of the VUCA simulation and is structured in two parts:
In the first part, the focus is on the basics of Financial Accounting including the structure of the balance sheet, the income statement and the cash flow statement. The second part covers important Management Accounting tools covering ROFE, net present value & internal rate of return.
